My personal growth journey began nearly two decades ago…
I was a solo-momma and wanted to heal from heartbreak. I was spiritually mentored by a prophetess and woman pastor who showed me the path of being a sacred woman. The type of woman who heals and values her worth, has unshakable faith, believes in love, and walks boldly and confidently in her god-given calling as a feminine leader.
Not long after that, I started a career working with juvenile and adult offenders who were court-ordered to work with me due to their addictions, mental illness, or behavioral challenges. Yet, soon I felt conflicted and convicted that I was leading my clients to positive behavioral changes, while I still didn’t feel I was living up to my potential.
I had big visions and desires. I knew there was more available for me and that I was meant for more. I also had a desire to feel fully me and to be all of me. however, I wasn’t making any of it a priority.
I often FELT I had nothing left in the tank for myself at the end of the day working to provide for my son, leaving no room for me TO make time for myself as a woman, manifest my desires, unleash myself fully, share my gifts with others, or unlock my potential... or so I thought...
After finally realizing I was the common denominator in an unfulfilled life, I decided it was time to take action toward my bigger vision and a more fulfilling life.
After doing deep inner work to heal, grow, evolve, transform, and expand I experienced massive transformations, miracles, and incredible manifestations!
i regulated my nervous system, healed traumas and various ailments, and released excess weight.
I reconnected with my feminine essence, AMPLIFIED my magnetism, and radically transformed my love life.
I experienced incredible opportunities as a speaker that landed me on the same platform with well-known celebrities.
I experienced incredible financial miracles - the type where 6 figures’ worth of personal debt was miraculously wiped away!
I elevated my feminine leadership through self-leadership and personal power to create greater impact WHILE INCREASING MY VISIBILITY.
I created reciprocal relationships that add tremendous value to my life and feel so nourishing and supportive.
I’ve manifested and co-created with god the most extraordinary miracles, have impacted lives around the globe both online and in person, and continue to create what I desire to be, do, and have next.

BY Using various body-mind-heart-soul and psycho-emotional modalities and frameworks, I support clients and students toward lasting transformation in their life, love and leadership, where together, we collapse time around their results and expand their energetic capacity and identity TO RECEIVE more.
Before supporting clients and students toward lasting transformation, I worked with offenders using Cognitive Behavioral Training (CBT); however, I knew deep down that something was missing in our approach.
That started my quest for other holistic Transformational approaches, leading me to become a certified practitioner in ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY APPROACHES SUCH AS breathwork, somatic Qi Gong movement, tapping, Prophetic soul coaching, and trauma-informed coaching for nervous system regulation, emotional healing, self-mastery, REWIRING UNCONSCIOUS LIMITING BELIEFS, and spiritual enlightenment.
while I'm grateful for a formal education, various Practitioner training and certifications, world-class mentorship, and a professional background... What makes me most powerful is my embodied wisdom and that I am anointed, gifted, and called to do what I do…

“I had the privilege of attending a Women’s Conference in 2017, where Casandra was the featured speaker. I wasn’t “supposed” to be there but my previous plans had fallen thru. I arrived feeling defeated, alone and as if I had run out of time to achieve what I was put on this earth to achieve.
I wondered where God was in all of the mess!
As I listened to her speak so candidly I knew I was right where I belonged! I was indeed “supposed” to be at that conference, on that day, listening to this young lady speak.
